It is the apples which make the cider, and since the harvest varies each year, so our ciders will vary too. From the 2016 vintage we have made a single variety Yarlington Mill using fruit from a single orchard; a bottle conditioned blend from different orchards and a still vintage cider, also blended from several orchards which will be aged in an old cider brandy barrel for around a year, and released sometime in 2018.
